The Studio Competition Team is for dancers who want a competition experience but can’t commit to the full Performance Team schedule.
Who can join
- Any Dancers Inc. student who has danced at least two years
- An account in good standing
- A history of good behavior in class
Our staff gives final approval for all team members.
Requirements
- At least four hours of class a week: ballet, jazz, a rehearsal class, and Company Technique or Company Ballet
- A team jersey and your own solid black leggings
- A signed Letter of Commitment showing you understand the fees and requirements
- No more than four absences per class, not counting illness. Report absences through the Parent Portal.

Fees are due when you register for the team. The rehearsal class is billed with your regular monthly tuition. Figures are from the 2024–25 season; check with the office for current fees.
Events
The Studio Team attends a few regional conventions and competitions each season, plus holiday and dress rehearsals. All summer programs and any other classes are open to Studio Team members too.
