Tuition & Fees

Tuition is based on a 35-week year and is divided up evenly in 10 monthly payments. Some months have 2, 3, 4 or 5 weeks but each monthly payment remains the same. You may make up a class missed for sickness or vacation but we will not refund any tuition or pro-rate any tuition for classes you miss. You must pay a full month’s tuition no matter what time of the month you join. If a class is canceled due to holiday, weather, sickness of instructor or another emergency, you may make up that class during another comparable class. There will be no refunds or pro-rated fees for missed or canceled classes.
-Tuition is due on the 1st of the month regardless of holidays, vacations, etc. and is late after the 10th.
-Statements will be sent only to delinquent accounts after the 10th of the month with a $20.00 late charge.
-A $20.00 service charge will be added to all returned checks. Anyone with 3 returned checks must pay in cash or with a money order.
-If an account is delinquent two months, the child or children on that account will not be allowed to return to class until the account is brought up to date.

Pre-school ($65.40 with tax)

Costume Payments
All costumes are ordered by you, the client on line through our new service Costume Manager. Each student will be given a Costume Worksheet during the month of October. This worksheet will give you a class code and instructions on how to order your child’s costumes. All costumes should be ordered by December 1st in order receive them in time for pictures in March.

Recital Fees
$45.00 per child
Family – Each additional child is $10.00 more dollars
*Due by February 1st
*Includes 2 complimentary tickets per show per family and a picture program book for each dancer.
*Seating for our recital is reserved so please pay attention to when you can pick up your comp tickets and purchase more.

Nutcracker Fees
$50.00 per child
*Due by September 1st
*Includes performance fee and costume rental
*Fee is non-refundable

Private Lessons
Solo $30.00 per ½ hour
2 or more $20.00 per ½ hour per person
Groups – we do choreograph for many cheerleader teams and dance squads. If you request this service, the charge is $25.00 per dancer or $30.00 per dancer if we also edit the music for your routine.

*All current students or non-students will be charged this fee.
*The individual student will need to call and schedule a private class with the teacher themselves if the teacher does not contact you first.
*Instructors may recommend private lessons to help an individual student with their skill development.

2nd family member receives 20% discount (child with 2nd highest amount of classes)
3rd family member receives 30% discount (child with 3rd highest amount of classes)
4th family member is free (student taking the least amount of classes is considered 4th child)
Parent of a student receives 50% discount
To be considered a family member, you must be immediate family, i.e. brother or sister.
***10% discount on tuition only when paying entire year’s fees at registration, including recital and Nutcracker fees.

Showstoppers Store Policies
Located within Dancers Inc. is our dance wear store, Showstoppers. We carry a small selection of tights, shoes and dance wear. We also have a great selection of consignment items. All items purchased in Showstoppers must be paid for at that time. We do not encourage you place items on your account. No one will be allowed to charge items to their account if they have a balance.
We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express for your convenience.
